Shipping policy
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you may see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery is not available.
International Shipping
There may some items that are unavailable to every country due to the manufacturing and fulfillment center locations.

International shipping and delivery times vary greatly. Delivery may take anywhere between 10-30 days, depending on the product and manufacturing time.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Dot Shop Gallery LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thedotshopgallery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to Post Office Boxes
Currently only USPS has the capability to deliver to a PO Box. All other carriers will require a physical address.
